Day 1
Night Stay : Hotel in Srinagar

Welcome to the Srinagar,” the city of Lakes”. On arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will be met our representative (if time permits) after that visit Mughal Gardens like Nishat garden, Shalimar garden,. Day 2
Night Stay : Hotel in Srinagar

After breakfast, transfer to Sonamarg today you embark full day excursion to the picturesque ‘meadow of gold’ the distance of approx. 82kms, 2½hrs drive. Sonamarg, means 'meadow of gold' has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. The Sindh meanders along here and abounds with trout and mahseer, snow trout can be caught in the main river. The Sonamarg lies in fast flowing Sindh Valley “largest Tributary of Kashmir”, you can opt for a pony ride to the Thajiwas Glaciers for some fun in snow and ice (by your own). In evening back to Hotel for comfortable overnight stay in Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 3
Night Stay : Hotel in Pahalgam
Inclusions : Breakfast, Dinner, Transport, Accommodation

After breakfast, transfer to Pahalgam (valley of shepherds) the distance of approx. 102 kms, 3 ½hrs drive. Enroute visiting Saffron fields, Awantipura ruins (1100yrs old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiverma), see the beautiful countryside on the way and lot of rice fields. On arrival at Pahalgam you can see the beautiful nearby places like Chandanwadi (the distance is about 16 kms from Taxi stand of Pahalgam), Aru (the distance is about 11 kms from Pahalgam taxi stand), Baisaran (the distance is about 5 kms from Pahalgam taxi stand) and Betaab Valley (on your own). In evening back to hotel for comfortable overnight stay in Pahalgam.

Day 4
Night Stay : Hotel in Gulmarg

After breakfast, get transfer to Gulmarg known as the 'Meadow of Flowers' the distance of approx. 152 kms, 3½ hrs. Drive. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. Enjoy the splendor of nature and snowcapped mountains. After that Visit Gulmarg Gondola (by your own) is the highest and largest ropeways in Asia having a total aerial distance of 5 kms. (approx.) with two phases namely a) Kongdoori (3,300 meters above from the ground level), b) Apharwat (4,000 meters above from ground level). Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You’re Bookings:
  • Before you book please discuss your choice of accommodation & transport with our reservation staff, to make sure it will be suitable for you and the people you will be traveling with. The person who signs the booking form or complete the booking online or by telephone is the lead name. He or She must be 18 years of age or over at the time of booking. If you are under 18 at the time of booking and wish to travel without adult accompanying you, we will only allow you to travel by providing written authority from your parents or legal guardian (telephone and online booking cannot be made if you are under 18)
  • Payment:
  • A deposit of 30% (NON REFUNDABLE) at the time of booking followed by the remaining balance due on the booking You will be advised of the current deposit payable at the time of booking. Balance Payments for the Tour is due on the first day of the tour. If the payment is not received by the due date we may treat the booking as cancelled.
  • When You Book Your Holiday:
  • Once you have booked we will issue a confirmation invoice setting out the Holiday details and price. A contract will exist when we issue the confirmation invoice. Please check the details on your invoice carefully. If you have any questions, or anything does not appear to be right, you must contact our reservation staff immediately. On the invoice pay particular attention to the due date of your final payments. We may cancel your holiday if you do not make the final payments on time.
  • Cancellation by You:
  • The lead name on the booking must give notice to cancel the Holiday in writing or mail at our office and we shall refund the tour cost after deduction cancellation charges as under.
  • From the booking date till 9 days prior to the arrival date, 30 % of the package cost is chargeable.
  • From 5 days to 9 days prior to the arrival date, 50 % of the package cost is chargeable.
  • From 3 days to 5 days prior to arrival date, 75 % of the package cost is chargeable.
  • For cancellations made within 3 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the package cost is chargeable.
  • Changes Made By Us before Travel:
  • We reserve the rights to do any change in your Holiday programme due to unexpected conditions. If you do not want to accept a significant change, which we will tell you about before you depart, we will (if we are able to do so) offer you an alternative Holiday of equivalent or closely similar standard and price at no extra cost, or a less expensive Holiday, in which case we will refund the difference in price. If you do not wish to take the alternative we offer you, you can choose a different Holiday offered for sale by us and pay, or receive a refund of, any price difference. Or, if you prefer, you can cancel your Holiday and receive a full refund of deposits, which you have paid to us, except for any amendment charges of Rs 1475.00. Per person.
  • Point to be noted:
  • Please make it sure that any commitment made by our tour consultant or any person from Aala Travels is only valid if you get it written via the company email from the said person, the commitment which is not in written will be terms as null and void.
  • Please do not carry pre-paid mobile connections as due to security reasons Only Postpaid Mobile connections will be operational in Kashmir.
  • The vehicle which will be with you during entire tour will be strictly at point to point basis (as per itinerary). Especially on departure date, we only give Airport transfers. Any other Supplement charges on departure day has to pay Extra.
  • Luggage allowance in Vehicles is 15kgs per Adult and 10 Kgs for Children as specified by local syndicates & Government, in case of extra baggage you may need to hire extra vehicles for carrying baggage at your own cost.
  • We are not responsible for some aspects like Shopping/Power Cut in Houseboats & Hotels, Pony/Horse rides in Gulmarg/Pahalgam/Sonamarg.
  • We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage in respect of your baggage etc. or their contents whether due to theft, accident, negligence or otherwise;
  • As per transport rules our vehicle will drop you at taxi stand/hotel in places like Gulmarg, Pahalgam & Sonamarg. To reach Aru Valley, Betaab Valley & Chandanwadi in Pahalgam, Thajiwas Glacier in Sonamarg & local sightseeing in Gulmarg you need to hire alternate vehicle at your own cost.
  • During your entire tour food (breakfast/Dinner/Lunch) will be strictly as per hotel/houseboat menu.
  • Please pay your keen intension on Tour Inclusions and Tour Exclusions will be strictly as per itinerary.
  • In places like Gulmarg/Pahalgam/Sonamarg/Srinagar Hotels/Houseboats will provide only Electric blankets as heating arrangements.
  • We aim to provide the best Holiday Package. However, if you are not satisfied please complain as soon as possible straight away. No complaints or refund for the same will be entertained after the Holiday programs.
  • If You Have A Complaint:
  • We aim to provide the best Holiday possible. However, if you are not satisfied please complain as soon as possible to the relevant person (for example, the accommodation management or transport supplier). If they cannot help, you must tell your Holiday Representative and we will do everything reasonably possible to sort the problem out. If you are still not satisfied, if you do not have the services of a Representative, straight away. No complaints or refund for the same be entertained after the Holiday programs.
